Village In A Box is a complete set of pre-engineered systems and prefabricated homes that make it possible to build an independent, affordable, self-reliant and self-sufficient community for 12-24 residents in 4-6 months. Family, friends or an affinity group needs to only to add land, water and themselves to create a beautiful, sustainable community.

VILLAGE IN A BOX

This Village In A Box (VIB) system delivers a complete pre-engineered, pre-fabricated village with a total of 10,000+ sq ft of living space with self-sufficient energy and food production. The package includes engineered plans for all buildings and utilities that are ready to submit for municipal permit approval. All of which can be assembled in about 4-6 months after permit approval. Financing programs make it possible to purchase a complete village for 12-24 residents for a small down payment and monthly payments. Custom designs including many styles and sizes of homes and communities are available.
